  • Keep up with current events, politics and economy

  • Schedule commitments

  • Put a timer to reduce the time you spend in socialmedias


Mental state:

  • Write a journal

  • Search a professional help

  • Find a hobby that relaxes you

  • Spend an hour outdoors

  • Trust more other people and open yourself with the meeting
