Day 5: Set some goals in the morning and make sure to reach them.
Day 6: Reward yourself with a face mask and a good relax.
Day 7: Take notes of your emotions throughoot the day.
Day 8: Don't smoke today.
Day 9: Read a book or do some yoga to relax.
Day 10: Be kind and try to help others.
Day 11: Drink at least 2l of water.
Day 12: Don't use social media for more than 2 hours.
Day 13: Inform yourself on current events.
Day 14: Spend 1 hour in the open day
Day 15: Check point! You get a day off today! Good job.
Day 16: Don't waste food, water and energy
Day 17: Discover new music genres!
Day 18: Brush your teeth 3 times - once ofter each meal
Day 19: Go out for a nice walk
Day 20: Buy a secod hanal piece of clothing
Day 21: Start keeping a diary
Day 22: Stretch in the morning
Day 23: Wear that piece of clothing that you bought but never wear.
Day 24: Take yourself on a date to the cinema.
Day 25: No-alcohol day!
Day 26: Listen to a podcast (1 episode at least)
Day 27: Help a friend with their work/homework
Day 28: Have an herbal infusion to help yourself relax
Day 29: Do respiration exercises
Day 30: Have an hot bath with bubbles
Day 31: WINNER! have your favorite metal to celebrate!
